Advokatfirman CARTHIEL AB has represented the seller in the acquisition of E3K Installation AB by Bravida Sverige AB.
E3K is active in Stockholm in installation, service, automation, electricity, ventilation, heating and cooling and property management. E3K currently has a turnover of approximately SEK 165 million and about 100 employees.
Bravida is the Nordic region's leading supplier of sustainable total solutions for electricity, heating, ventilation and other technical functions in buildings and facilities.
The seller was represented by Advokatfirman CARTHIEL AB through Daniel Thiel.
