The merged law firm will operate under the name CARTHIEL.
The focus after the merger will continue to be on M&A. The merger will strengthen the firm with an experienced dispute resolution team.

The merged firm is located in central Stockholm and has approximately ten employees. In addition to the focus on M&A and dispute resolution, Carthiel offers advice in areas such as stock market law, financing and corporate law.

The merged agency will start operations in mid-February.
